Description
What you'll learn in this kids drawing class:
Students will have fun discovering and exploring their artistic creativity while learning new draw techniques. Exciting weekly projects will introduced basic art vocabulary, color, theory, and design principles. Bring drawing and color pencils, eraser and pad of paper to first class.
Please read: Bring two #2 pencils & an inexpensive 9" X 12" drawing pad. *To avoid disruptions, parents are not allowed to sit in class.

- Room numbers are provided to students once the registration is completed.
- Students can purchase a semester parking permit from the Community Services Office for $10 or purchase a daily permit from the dispensing machines at each parking lot/structure for $2.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds or transfers after a class begins. Requests to withdraw from a class or transfer to another Community Services class must be done 5 OR MORE DAYS prior to the first class meeting. There is a $15 service charge per class for each refund or transfer requested. If you enrolled in a class less than 5 days prior to the first class meeting, NO refunds will be given. There are no refunds or credits for absences and late registrations are not pro-rated. Missed class meetings may not be made up in another class.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

The professor is very patient with the students. I liked that he gave them a chance to draw on their own as well as showed them step by step. I would have liked to see more of the step by step drawings but I think the class was fun for the kids. It pushed some of them out of their comfort zone in terms of drawing which is great!
