Hoisin BBQ Pork Tenderloin Lettuce Wraps with Daikon-Carrot Slaw
Pineapple Fried Rice with Cashews and Scallions
Passion Fruit Bars

Skills Covered in class:

Getting familiar with Polynesian ingredients
Selecting and cutting fish, pineapple and avocados
Balancing flavors
Preparing Asian sauces
Selecting and roasting pork
Determining meat doneness
Making fried rice
Preparing shortbread crust
Baking custard

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.

All classes have a 4 business days cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps which have a 16 business days cancellation policy.

You must email us at [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 15% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you cancel within 4 business days, you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a guest in your place. Our credit card refund policy is 90 days. If your purchase was made prior to that, you will receive an account credit, not a refund to your credit card.

Please note:

All virtual class sales are final.
All virtual students will receive a recording of the class within 48 hours of the class.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
