Jill Thibault

Teaches at Newton Community Education

Jill Thibault is a textile artist and designer. She received a BFA from UMass Dartmouth and an MFA from the Rhode Island School of Design. She has worked in the costumes departments of the Boston Ballet, the Royal Opera House in London, and the Santa Fe Opera Company and has created garments and costume pieces for television, theater, and performing artists. She has taught at RISD and Boston University and her work has been shown in Laconia Gallery, Boston; the New York Design Center; and in Florence, Italy
