Indoor cycling has been part of Kate’s fitness regimen for the past 10 years, but she became a true fanatic after her two pregnancies, and has been spinning passionately ever since. Kate believes that the best results come from pushing yourself safely to your limits, and encourages everyone to find fitness routines that make them feel confident, “because confidence is beautiful!” Kate holds certifications in group fitness and indoor cycling, and a specialty certification in water aerobics. She has been teaching indoor cycling and other group fitness classes for 2 years. Kate's high energy classes are filled with music that will have you singing out loud....if you can find the breath to do so! She will challenge you to the core!
