Student will learn basic knife skills and kitchen etiquette as well as lots of delicious recipes. Each class is hands-on and runs for two hours. There will be plenty food to eat or take home, or both. Classes range from sushi-making to cake decorating with fondant, and follow the seasons so that we make fondue in winter and ice cream in Spring.
