  I think everyone that showed to the class can we agree that we loved it. Is such a unique photography class. The instructions were easy to follow. The class was structured as follows: 1.) Instructor had a PowerPoint where you explained the technique, the props that can be used and how to build them. 2.) We took light painting pictures together with her in a big set. 3.) We followed that with pictures in a table top set. 4.) Lastly we were split in groups were we let our imagination run wild.

  My son and I attended this course. The instructor had a good presentation with lots of examples and best of all, he would stop by every single person each time he taught a camera function on technique. So many times if the instructor stays at the front of the classroom, it’s hard to know if you actually understand what’s being taught. Excellent course for beginners.

  The class was great overall; really informative and interactive. I particularly liked how detailed the explanations were of each step, and the crossword was a nice touch to add historical and cultural context. Overall, I learned a lot and I left with a ring that I cherish and wear almost daily. I recommend this class to everyone I come across!

  This was a very good intro class. Well explained and easy to understand. We got done about 40 minutes only suggestion I can think of is maybe put us through some more exercises if the class gets done early.

  I thought the class was wonderful. It was informative, interesting and exactly what I had hoped for. The instructor was great and obviously organized and competent. He used great examples and had a good sense of humor. He took the time to learn and remember names and he kept to a structure and time limits that were impressive. We started and ended on time! I learned so much in a way I understood. It truly was an excellent class. The only thing that I did not like about the class was the student he/you allowed to attend who was an Android user and was new to her phone. She monopolized his time, monopolized the space so it was often hard to take a shot you might want to take, and took time and attention away from the other students. I am curious about why she was allowed to take an I Phone class when she had an Android. I honestly think the instructor should have set some boundaries with her instead of giving her private instruction. This is the only criticism I have and it can be easily addressed by adhering to the class description that this is for IPhone users. Thank you.

  Bob was a terrific help giving me a wide-angle look at photography as well as in the weeds helpful hints about the kinds of photos I'll be taking. As a result of this class, I have a renewed confidence in my ability to not just improve my photographs but to keep learning as I go. It was a fun three hours and I'm raring to take improved shots!

  The Couples Ring Making Workshop was a great experience. We have a lot of fun making our matching rings, very romantic. We learn a lot about how rings are made, and also a little history of Alexandria and the shop. The class is at a beginner level, so you don't have to have experience in making jewelry before. Some wine was served during class. You can also buy some of their unique jewelry, and take other classes if you are interested in making jewelry (not just rings). There are also many unique shops for you to look around in the area. A coffee place nearby was great and very cozy.

  Thus is an excellent class for beginners and medium experienced photographers. Corey did a very thorough job of explaining settings and what to look for. He moved around to give each person in the class some individual attention. He answered questions and gave suggestions. It was a very positive experience.

  We had a really small class just 4 of us. Dan gives great instruction - he demos each part of the process and then will provide additional assistance through each step of making your pieces. The studio is well equipped and they take COVID seriously with dividers between workstations and requiring masks and gloves (both provided) to all who enter. I’m already signed up for Metals 2!

  Great beginner class for anyone looking to get into photography. Helps that it is an in-person class where you get to see hands on what each concept means and as a bonus you get to see various types of cameras - if you haven’t yet decided on buying/upgrading to one.

  My wife and I had a great time learning how to make sushi! Our instructor, Chef Mate, did an incredible job teaching as well as making the whole process a fun one! We would thoroughly recommend taking this class to anyone and might even take another class in the future from Chef Mate!

  Plant Nite was well organized and the host, Alexa, was wonderful and really helpful. She introduced everyone and set a great tone for the Rest of the night. It was a really good group of people, and we actually ended up making friends with some of the other people who came separately. It was a relaxing evening and I would definitely recommend it.

  This class was very informative and a lot of fun! Chef Daniel was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with everything that he taught throughout the course. His guidance was helpful and he stayed extra time after the class to answer questions and offer his own personal suggestions about how to handle making any sushi at home, encouraging people to practice and try everything that they learned in the class! I'd highly recommend that people interested in learning how to make/roll sushi take this class!

  Really friendly and helpful staff who knew exactly what they were doing. The rest of my group was late, but the instructors still let them in and helped them have the same great experience anyway. There were a bunch of different options for the colors, scents, and decorations of your candle.

  Chef was all around awesome - totally clear step by step instructions and demonstrations, lots of encouragement, and a very funny guy to boot. Am looking forward to taking another of his classes sometime in the future.
