Introduction to UX Design teaches you how to encompass all aspects of the end-user’s experience, which requires an understanding of the company, product, and user. To become a professional User Experience (UX) designer, one needs to gain the skills necessary to design for a task, need or action in which the user participates. Throughout this Introduction to UX Design course, you will be guided by expert instructors including senior UX engineers and graphic designers. With support and mentoring every step of the way, you will learn to tackle advanced technical concepts and industry-leading software for UX Design in an easy to understand format.
The Introduction to UX Design workshop is project based, where you will learn UX Design in a hands-on format. Throughout your program, your instructors will be teaching critical topics ranging from UX basics to User Interface (UI) concepts to tools such as Adobe XD and Figma.
Performance Based Objectives
Upon successful completion of the Introduction to UX Design class, students will be able to:
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
If you would like to cancel or transfer a class, you must send your request in a written notice via email to [email protected]. Transferring/rescheduling a class registration is equivalent to a cancellation and is treated accordingly.
Cancellation/Re-scheduling of classes by the school
If class enrollment does not meet the minimum requirement of students, the class may be canceled or re-scheduled. Participants will be notified prior to the start of scheduled class, typically with at least 2 days (48 hours) of advance notice.
In the event of a cancellation, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee, or the paid balance may be applied toward another upcoming class.
All applicable refunds will be made within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
