- Identify external projects and various project formats
- Map keyboards and design custom workspaces
- Manage media assets effectively
- Ingest, link, and transcode footage appropriately
- Create proxy media and understand proxy workflow processes
- Organize projects using bins, folders, and metadata systems
- Modify clips and group footage, including multicam techniques
- Review and apply basic editing techniques and tools
- Synchronize audio and modify audio channels
- Use the sound panel effectively
- Create custom transitions and custom Motion Graphics Templates
- Transition offline edits to online workflows
- Execute up-res, decompose, mixdown, and relink media operations

Audience: This class is designed for professional editors, assistant editors, post-production coordinators, and multimedia producers
Prerequisites:
- Completion of DR101 DaVinci Resolve Essentials or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency with Windows or Macintosh operating systems
- Background in video production or post-production work is recommended
