The Soil Science - Full Series includes all 6 soils science classes:

  • Scratching the Surface: Soil Formation, Structure, and Chemistry
  • Buried Alive!: Digging into Soil Biology and Ecology
  • Soaking It All In: Understanding Soil Water
  • Getting into the Weeds: Soil Conditions and Management Considerations
  • Digging In: Soil Management and Remediation Techniques
  • Covering Common Ground: Soil Management Plan Components

Getting Down to Earth: Understanding soils for ecosystem resilience and repair. This series of classes will build from the ground up a holistic knowledge of soils that will enable students to understand soil stewardship techniques, from how they work to when to use them

Remote Learning

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.

Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.

Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]

  • Cancellations more than 6 business days prior to a class are subject to a 15% processing charge (minimum $10).
  • Cancellations with less than 6 business days notice are non-refundable.

If a program is canceled by the school for any reason, a full refund will be made to all enrollees. Refunds may take four weeks to process.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
