Description

Young students develop poise, elegance, grace, and refined movement through the study and practice of classical ballet, one of the most demanding and beautiful dance disciplines. Ballet training builds strength, flexibility, coordination, and artistic expression while fostering discipline and musicality in all participants.

Important Information and Safety Guidelines: This class strictly follows California Department of Public Health guidelines established to ensure safe returns to in-person instruction, including appropriate masking protocols and enforcing proper physical distancing between participants. To maintain safety and follow dress code standards, ballet and pre-ballet students are required to wear a black leotard, pink tights, and pink ballet slippers. Hair must be secured away from the face and neck for both safety and visibility of proper alignment. These requirements ensure students can move freely and safely while learning proper technique.
