What you'll learn in this kids robotics class:
A Robot Comes to Life in 90 minutes.
What Will You Learn?
- This is a starter-level kit so there are new things to learn yet not too complicated to complete. With the guidance of the Rolling Robots' instructor, the learner will build an electronic circuit with an electrical motor, assemble the robot using tools, and learn the mechanical and electrical principles of how the robot works.
Course Offerings:
- In this Rolling Robots' signature workshop, you will build a motorized robot from scratch. It is a rewarding experience for kids as young as 5 to build a fully functional robot within one hour - building confidence in kids to do hands-on work.
Winter 2022! - Junior Robot Builders
This is a camp for kids (Age 5 to 8) who love robots! We will build one robot a day for 4 days (1.5 hours per day).
They will learn about the motor, gears, and electrical power sources. At the end of the camp, they will have a fleet of 4 robots that do things from climbing to swimming. Robots for in-person camps are provided on site at the start of each day.
