6-Week Sewing, Quilting, Knitting & Crochet for Adults

Please Note: While the dates we have listed on CourseHorse reflect actual dates a class may be held, each student is required to reach out to the school to discuss lesson specifics and scheduling. This is because the school takes a very hands-on approach with each student in an effort to maximize what they get out of the class. The school contact information will be emailed to you with your receipt.

Students will first be learning how to make sewing and thread bags. Then, they will be choosing their next project based on what they are interested in learning (e.g. Garments, Quilting, Home Dec.)

You will make the sewing & thread bags first, and then, since there are many branches on the "Sewing Tree", you will choose your next project based on what you are interested to learn: Garments, Quilting, Home Dec, etc. If you choose Garments, you will shop for a simple commercial pattern, and then you will learn in class how to use patterns.

Knitting & crochet takes quite a while to "get the hang of", so it is necessary to do several classes for guidance in learning how to make sure they are on the right track.

It is possible to alternate between sewing and knitting or crochet in a 6 week session.
