These classes are for beginning and intermediate dancers 18+ who love the joy and discipline of the dance and the feeling of accomplishment that it brings. A “rebounding” class. A cardio-vascular workout using mini-trampolines. Students execute low to mid impact aerobics done to a mix of popular dance music including House, Old School Disco, R&B and EDM.
Building core strength and flexibility. Homer Bryant's Floor ballet class includes targeted and personalized exercises to help the dancer engage and control the key muscle groups used in classical dance.
Body By Bryant Floor Ballet: 10 am - Body by Bryant Floor Ballet: Concentrated instruction focused on Stretching, Strengthening,Placement and Toning. 11 am - Technique Class: focused on improving turns, jumps and extensions. 1pm - Pointe Class: focused on balance and control.
