What you'll learn in this kids cooking class:

Teens, ages 12-16, are invited to join us for a fun hands-on class where you get to eat what you make in class. Our chef will teach your teen all about the tools, ingredients and techniques needed to successfully make pasta and gnocchi from scratch.

Menu:

Caesar Salad with Homemade Croutons
Spinach-Ricotta Gnocchi with Marinara
Homemade Fettucine Primavera with Pesto

Skills covered in class:

Making dressings and croutons
Balancing flavors
Preparing and shaping gnocchi dough
Rolling out and cutting fresh pasta
Roasting vegetables
Preparing tomato and fresh herb sauces

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.

All classes have a 4 business days cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps which have a 16 business days cancellation policy.

You must email us at [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 15% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you cancel within 4 business days, you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a guest in your place. Our credit card refund policy is 90 days. If your purchase was made prior to that, you will receive an account credit, not a refund to your credit card.

Please note:

All virtual class sales are final.
All virtual students will receive a recording of the class within 48 hours of the class.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
