The marriage of wine and cheese is one of our most exciting taste sensations, ranging from easy appetizers to an elegant cheese board, even Mac ‘n Cheese. Join Advanced Sommelier Mary Ross and learn the secrets of successful wine and cheese pairing in this tasting of 3 prominent cheese styles mixed-&-matched with 3 wines. This virtual seminar is fun and delicious for all wine and food lovers!
To enhance your experience, order the wines and cheeses together so you can taste right along with Mary Ross. Approximately 1 1/2 ounces of each cheese will be accompanied by a tasting portion of crackers, dried fruits and nuts. Order your three bottles of wine and three cheeses for curbside pickup from The Chopping Block Lincoln Square on Tuesday 2/9, Thursday 2/11 or Saturday 2/13 from 3-5pm.

Our virtual tastings, via Zoom, are a fun opportunity to watch your sommelier in action. Our Zoom moderator will make sure your questions submitted through the chat option are answered during or after class. The tasting packet will be provided upon registration.

All classes have a 4 business days cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps which have a 16 business days cancellation policy.
You must email us at [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 15% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel within 4 business days, you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a guest in your place. Our credit card refund policy is 90 days. If your purchase was made prior to that, you will receive an account credit, not a refund to your credit card.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
