Decorus Atelier and James, the founder and lead instructor, were fantastic. I’m just beginning my creative journey and have very little experience, but this introductory course was practical, filled with interesting tidbits, and accessible enough for me to learn real techniques. Chef Cregg made the room feel comfortable and low stakes, even though sushi feels like a food that could be really tricky to make at home. He also made the class educational, without coming close to the territory of ever feeling boring at all. Ingredients were fresh and the playlist was great! Would definitely recommend. -

Introduction to Japanese Floral Design
This was a wonderful class. I learned so much from Junko, and especially enjoyed learning about the history of Ikebana + her own journey with the art form. I left with a beautiful piece, lots more knowledge, and the inspiration to keep trying at home. Thank you for an awesome class!
