Purchased this class for my partner and I for his birthday. Was such a fun and professional experience! Chef Cregg made the room feel comfortable and low stakes, even though sushi feels like a food that could be really tricky to make at home. He also made the class educational, without coming close to the territory of ever feeling boring at all. Ingredients were fresh and the playlist was great! Would definitely recommend. -

Got to dye the leather and stamp a design! A much more rewarding experience than slapping together some metal and leather. Chef Luana’s pasta-making class was an incredible experience! She was so warm and hospitable, making everyone feel right at home. We learned how to make fresh fettuccine and spaghetti from scratch, and she even treated us to a delicious dessert and coffee afterward. You can truly feel her passion for cooking, and I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun and authentic Italian cooking experience.
