I’m just beginning my creative journey and have very little experience, but this introductory course was practical, filled with interesting tidbits, and accessible enough for me to learn real techniques.   • Purchased this class for my partner and I for his birthday. Was such a fun and professional experience! Chef Cregg made the room feel comfortable and low stakes, even though sushi feels like a food that could be really tricky to make at home. He also made the class educational, without coming close to the territory of ever feeling boring at all. Ingredients were fresh and the playlist was great! Would definitely recommend.
