  Loved the class -- instructor was very enthusiastic, articulate, and so helpful. I would love to take more class with Kristian. One little note for Zoom/remote classes -- I would've liked if there was time built in for students to mimic/try out the steps on their screens. I felt i was getting a little behind at times since i had to switch from Photoshop on my computer to the main Zoom screen, so I missed out on certain things when going back and forth. Either way, Kristian was great and would repeat things if I needed him to!

  This is a beginner, hands-on class to Photoshop Layers that Kathy instructs, while demonstrating the steps as well. She teaches Opacity & fill as well as merging layers and flattening images. The demonstrations were done on photos the students downloaded from Kathy's flash drives and saved to their own laptops. As usual, Kathy was very patient and ensured each student was at the same instructional point as everyone else. She offered a $5 handout with detailed instructions to practice with at home. I would definitely recommend this class to the beginner or intermediate Photoshop user. It would be good to bring a light tip pen if you have one or a pen light if you want to take notes or follow the handout. I personally did not have time to make notes, but I did need to use my pen light quite often.

  This class is excellent for current Photoshop/Elements users who want an easier way of correcting or manipulating your photos. Kathy explained steps in detail visually and included these steps in her $5 handout. She also provides instructional videos for same on YouTube. She explains the pros & cons to using Lightroom vs Photoshop/Elements vs Adobe Bridge. She shows examples & the many different ways to use the featured options to process your photo for the desired effect you're trying to capture. And as always, she is very patient and thorough with questions & answers. Kathy offers 2 more advanced classes to this basic detailed intro; Processing in Photoshop/Lightroom & Photoshop Layers. I highly recommend this class for the beginner into the Adobe world.

  Based on the amount of time we had, I thought we learned a great deal of Photoshop! As someone who has never used Photoshop, I was able to get an understanding of the fundamentals and I feel I will be able to "hold my own" when using the software. Of course, I will need to learn more, but for what it was, I think it was great!

  This was a perfect introduction to Photoshop. The little assignments were incredibly helpful and I was really pleased that we were given books with instructions to take home for future reference. Instructor was friendly and helpful, classroom and computers were really nice. I've already recommended Noble Desktop to a few people and will definitely take more classes in the future.

  Michelle covered a lot in one day. She was very thorough and patient. I think there was so much information that it was a little confusing at the end but it was definitely very informative.
