Too many people with “technical problems “. It took too long to get started and finished 3/4 of an hour early. I guess I shouldn’t complain because it was a free course via NYPL but we could have definitely learned more. -

The instructor seemed knowledgeable but not what I would call a subject matter expert. I felt he could have been better prepared for the class and more focused on the task at hand. He seemed unfamiliar with some of the features he was demonstrating. That said, I'm glad I took the session because I feel I learned about a few features. Thanks for offering the class. -

I really cannot rate the class. My internet connection was faulty, and the virtual program that you use did not work properly. Additionally, the instructor was having difficulty with her connection. -

I went into this class hoping to learn the beginning of an exciting new skill. To start things off, the instructor was very unsure of what she was actually doing. She asked the class to wait for 15 minutes while she updated to another computer! I think it's rude and disrespectful to ask students to wait 15 minutes while the instructor locates a functioning computer I would think that the instructor had weeks to get her class organized and would have found a working computer before she started the class. Was really looking forward to this class. It's obvious that she did not take this class seriously and did not value anyone's time. Was really looking forward to this class. I think you'd like to reconsider who is teaching it. Thank you. -
