Description

What you'll learn in this powerpoint class:

Learn foundational skills for creating PowerPoint presentations. In this beginner-friendly class, you will build effective PowerPoints using SmartArt, tables, charts, and presentation tools.

Acquire essential skills to create presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint, including aligning images and creating shapes, tables, and charts. First, you'll dive into the PowerPoint user interface, including customizing the ribbon. Then you'll learn how to incorporate appealing visuals using images, SmartArt, layered objects, tables, and charts.

In this seven-hour course, you'll review all the basics of PowerPoint step-by-step, from setting up and customizing the user interface to navigating the application during a presentation. After exploring each component from shapes and images to animations, transitions, and diagrams, you'll learn tips to proof and edit your final product. At the end of the course, we'll review presentation tools and best practices, including how to use annotations, speaker notes, and presenter view.
