These policies have been put into place to ensure our customers receive the highest quality instruction. Since class size is limited, all cancellation/rescheduling deadlines will be strictly adhered to.
CANCELLATIONS:
- A company or individual may cancel a class for a refund less 5% cancellation fee by giving us notice at least 11 business days prior to the scheduled start date of the class.
- If a company or individual cancels a specific course without at least 11 business days but more than 6 business days notice prior to the start date, the company or individual will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee.
- If a company or individual cancels a specific course without at least 6 business days notice prior to the start date of the class, the company or individual will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be made.
RESCHEDULES:
- A company or individual may reschedule a class without penalty by giving us notice at least 11 business days prior to the scheduled start date of the class.
- A limit of three reschedules per course is permitted.
NO SHOWS:
- If a company or individual does not attend a class and does not give notice, the company or individual will be assessed a 100% no show fee.
REIMBURSEMENTS:
Kelar Pacific reserves the right to cancel a class at any time. If that happens, we will refund the course fee(s) less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
Our liability is limited to the course fee(s) only. We cannot be held liable for airfare, lodging or other related expenses, including airline penalties incurred.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
