What you'll learn in this autocad class:
In this hands-on course, participants learn the fundamentals of AutoCAD 2019 to prepare 2D drawings for architecture, interior design, mechanical & structural engineering and other design fields.
Topics include:

- Display commands
- CAD tools and drawing setup, including scale coordinate systems, snaps and grips
- Basic draw and edit commands

Prerequisite:
- Computer literacy and basic skills are required.
- Good English Language skills necessary
Remote Learning
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
Refund Policy
Tuition refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- 95% refund when a written withdrawal notice is received 2 business days prior to the first class meeting.
- 80% refund if a written notice is received 2 business days before the second class meeting.
- No refunds are given after the 2nd class meeting.
Please note: For classes less than 200 hours, there is a fee of $25 charged for withdrawals once classes begin.
If you give a withdrawal notice by telephone or otherwise withdraw without written notification, you will not receive a refund.
The school reserves the right to cancel any course or modify the schedule. This can also include cancellation at the first class meeting. In the event of such a cancellation, you will receive a full refund of all tuition and fees.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
