The course includes instructor presentations, demonstrations, group discussions, and hands-on exercises that provide real-world experience, and is ideal for anyone who manages computer networks or computer labs that run macOS. Attendees will learn how to use macOS High Sierra tools and resources to troubleshoot macOS Mojave, High Sierra or Mojave/Catalina

  • October 20, 2020 - macOS Support Essentials 10.15 will focus on how to support macOS Mojave/Catalina users.
  • November 10, 2020 - macOS Support Essentials 10.15 will focus on how to support macOS Mojave/Catalina users.
  • December 1, 2020 - macOS Support Essentials 10.15 will focus on how to support macOS High Sierra users.
  • January 19, 2021 - macOS Support Essentials 10.14/15 will focus on how to support macOS Mojave/Catalina users.
  • February 23, 2021 - macOS Support Essentials 10.15 will focus on how to support macOS Mojave users.

Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.

Refund Policy

Notification of cancellation must be provided within 5-business days prior to class for a complete refund. 

If canceled after the 5 business day cut-off time, the student is responsible for a 50% cancellation fee. However, if the student reschedules to another class at the time of cancellation there is no cost to the student.
