What you'll learn in this notary training:
Make the most out of your notary commission by becoming a certified Loan Signing Agent. Our livestream seminar will teach you how to notarize loan documents and give you a simple strategy to launch your new business. Learn the information and tools you need to succeed as a Signing Agent from the comfort of your home. Our expert teachers are seasoned in the business; they'll teach you the process of completing a signing, best practices in the industry, and how to get loan signing assignments.
Students are eligible to access our private Facebook page to ask questions, watch webinars and receive updates All you need is your smartphone to join. A certificate is awarded upon completion of the course.
Topics include:
- Notarize a loan package from any bank successfully every time
- The dos and don'ts of the profession
- What to discuss with your clients
- How to develop your own business
- Getting signed up with busy signing agencies
Remote Learning
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
Refund Policy
Class Withdrawal
- If you request to withdraw from a class and the request is received by us 4 business days prior to class start date, a credit voucher valid for three(3) years will be granted, less a $20 processing fee.
Special policy for excursions and special events:
- Refund requests for excursions and special events must be received no later than 11 full business days before the scheduled excursion or event.

Cancellation
If the College cancels a class for any reason, those pre-registered will be notified by phone and email and payment will be refunded. The school also reserve the right to substitute instructors or reschedule class times if necessary.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
