The HAZWOPER Refresher course provides eight hours of advanced certification-level training addressing essential knowledge requirements established by the OSHA standard for hazardous waste operations and emergency response, specifically 29 CFR 1910.120. All personnel at any employment level are required to complete eight hours of refresher training annually to maintain their certifications. This specialized training enables participants to review and update core occupational safety and health principles from their initial 24-hour or 40-hour certification training courses.
