In this course, you will build on the foundation from Project Management Level I and complete your understanding of the five stages of project management by focusing on Execution, Monitoring, and Closing. You will learn how to keep projects running effectively once work begins, maintain schedules, manage budgets, and document lessons learned to support future initiatives. The course also covers practical methods for budgeting, allocating limited resources, and estimating and tracking costs throughout the project lifecycle.
You will also be introduced to Agile Project Management and how it differs from the traditional Waterfall approach. Through an overview of Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming (XP), you will explore how different Agile frameworks support various project needs. By comparing these methodologies, you will gain the insight needed to select the most effective management approach for different project environments.
