2-Week Online TV/Film Intensive with HUGE NYC Casting Director Lain Kunin of Julie Schubert Casting!

Lain Kunin has worked on several projects including NBC’s Manifest, ABC's For Life, Marvel's Luke Cage, Iron Fist, The Defenders, The Punisher, Daredevil, Jessica Jones and more. Prior to that, she was at Mackey/Sandrich Casting where she worked on Season 1 of NBC's Shades of Blue and at the Roundabout Theatre Company/Jim Carnahan Casting where she worked on a variety of Broadway, film, and television projects including the Oscar nominated film Brooklyn and television series Glee. Currently, Lain is working on two network series and one streaming series NBC's "Manifest".

Don't miss our 2-Week Online TV & Film Intensive with Top Casting Associate of Major Casting Office, Julie Schubert Casting - Lain Kunin! This class is for actors 16 years old and up and will be held online via Zoom. You will be working on scene study, cold-reading and audition techniques. This will be a live, interactive class with a Q&A and the opportunity to perform for and get feedback from Lain. You will be able to download the recordings of your performance for educational purposes only.

Prep Instructions:

Class 1 - Please prepare a 2-minute scene from TV or film. Scenes are strongly preferred, please do not perform a monologue unless specifically requested. Upon registration, we will send you a link to our scene database that you are welcome to browse.
Class 2 - We will send you a folder of cold-reading sides to select from the day of the class.

Remote Learning

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.

Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.

We do not offer refunds of any kind. We require a 24-Hour Notice in writing to cancel an intensive, masterclass, workshop or a private session. If you provide a minimum of 24-Hour Notice in writing to get a full credit that you can use toward another class of equal or lesser value. Please note your credit will be available for only 6 months. For our reel bookings we require a minimum of 72-Hour Notice in writing to get a full credit. If the reel is attached to a class we require a 72-Hour Notice prior to the start of the class and not the shoot date.
