What you'll learn in this spirituality class:
Find inner peace, calm, and relaxation through guided spiritual meditation.
Experiential guided relaxation, visualization, and spiritual consciousness help you reach a state of balance and inner peace.
Apply techniques and tools to reach a meditative state. Each session focuses on spiritual and personal growth dimensions. There is time to process and integrate the meditation experiential during group discussion following the meditation. Connect deeply with your soul. Enjoy the tranquility of an inner journey in meditation and lift yourself out of your day-to-day pressures. This ongoing course is for those with some meditation experience. Some of the classes will be recorded for Podcasts and a link will be provided.
Because of the current situation with the coronavirus, this course is available on Zoom and/or at Infinity if conditions improve and allow it. You will be emailed a link after you register to watch and participate in the class on Zoom.
Remote Learning
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
Refund Policy
Classes are non-transferable. Any refund request must be made within 15 business days of the first class of a course. A 5% processing fee will be applied towards refund requests.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
