What you'll learn in this driving lesson:

The Pre-licensing Course is a program designed to educate New York State's new drivers by promoting safe, courteous, defensive, and alcohol/drug-free driving.

The course goals are as follows:

To reduce injuries, crashes, traffic violations, and property damage.
To help students become responsible drivers.
To learn about the dangers of fatigue, alcohol and other drugs on driving ability.
To develop a positive attitude towards safe and defensive driving.
To encourage and promote safety belt and child safety seat use.
To learn how to fit safely into the transportation system with other highway users.
To familiarize students with the "rules of the road"

Bring the following:

Valid NYS Learner's Permit
A notepad

Remote Learning

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.

Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.

Refund Policy

Cancellation and/or rescheduling of lessons or courses must be made 2 business days prior to your appointment or it is subject to be forfeited.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.

I honestly wouldn't say it was the worse experience ... would I recommend this place to someone I like there no. I don't like confrontation but the receptionist was very rude like one of those rude people you have to ask if she's alright, at first I thought I was being sensitive but no she's rude, no please no thank you just snappy answers and eye rolling. As for the instructor he was ok just very very boring, if you can deal with awful drawn out stories this class is for you. I know these 5 hour classes are not going to be the best but with rude staff and a boring instructor I'll pass.
