Description
What you'll learn in this kids programming class:
Please join us to learn more about our unique program to enrich students to acquire real-world experience.
You will learn :
- Fun-filled the basics of coding and demonstration of projects and games using Python/Scratch
- How to build a product in a group and compete
- How to develop a professional profile for better colleges and opportunities.
Programming Languages :
- Scratch for 5+ olds
- Python Level-1 for 7+ olds
- Advanced python - for those who learned to code
Pre-requisites: None - Just have fun with coding Youth projects
Duration: 1.5 hr per week and 4 classes a month for 6 months for a total of 24 classes.
Attendance: Drop-off; Kids only
Remote Learning
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
Refund Policy
- Cancellations made at least 2 business days in advance of the class will be honored with a refund less 5% cancellation fee.
- Students who cancel less than 2 business days prior to the start time of the class will receive a credit towards a future class.

I took the pyhton course and couputer science priciples last year from Siliconvalley4U. This was extremely helpful for my AP Computer Science Priciples course. I scored 4 in the AP test. Got to learn the computer basics from this class and subsequently moved to python programming with Machine Learning concepts course up untill Dec 2019. This has been tremendous boost to my knowledge and understanding of the programming concepts, logic etc. I feel confident and comfortable with this subject now and have takenup AP computer Science A as self study subject to write the AP subject in May 2020.
I have also enrolled myself int pro-coder course with this organisation.
I would highly reccommend this course to any one looking to ace the AP exams and learn Python/Machine learning etc to boost their knowledge and skills of SW programming.
