Description
What you'll learn in this kids cooking class:
Come learn to prepare your food in a holistic way, thinking of the nutrients going into your body and their function. This is a hands-on-make from scratch cooking class. This is a perfect way to introduce new foods to kids! The recipes are so simple that the students can even make them at home. This class uses vegan, peanut-free, soy-free, gluten-free recipes.
This class uses nut products as substitutes such as almond milk, cashew products, and coconut products.
The older class will be preparing slightly more complicated meals, while still learning all about the nutrition. In this class students are encouraged to experiment with different ingredients as they mature in their cooking skills every week. There is no homework for this class, just come and let’s get cooking!
Remote Learning
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
Refund Policy
Students have 2 weeks to try out a class to make sure it's a good fit. If they don't email us by the end of the second week, they are automatically enrolling for the entire session. If they decide to drop a class after attending, they will only be charged for the sessions they attended.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
