Explore the exciting world of Virtual Robotics in this fun and interactive course! Students will learn to program virtual robots using easy-to-use, block-based coding while building logical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. No prior coding experience is required.

Students will learn:

  • Robot movement and navigation
  • Algorithms and sequencing
  • Loops and repetition
  • Variables
  • Conditional statements (If/Else)
  • Sensors and robot control
  • Computational thinking
  • Debugging and improving programs

Through hands-on coding challenges and virtual robotics missions, students will learn how robots move, sense their surroundings, and make decisions. Each lesson builds on the previous one, helping students gain confidence while having fun.

Remote Learning

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.

Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
