Class Description

Description

Join us for a 10-week journey exploring photography as a tool for self-understanding, self-compassion, and presence. Through guided meditation, creative prompts, and photographic exercises, you’ll learn to slow down, see yourself with kindness, and use your camera as a mirror for self-reflection. We’ll explore themes of identity, emotion, and personal storytelling, focusing on photography as a means of self-expression—not technical perfection. No experience needed—just a camera (or smartphone) and an open heart. Come as you are and discover a new way to see yourself.
