Sausage expert Mike "Woj" Wojcik passes on his wisdom through sausage-making classes held at Miskatonic Brewing Company—includes hands-on instruction to relay their special process of seasoning and encasing as students sip Miskatonic ales and sample sausage creations.
Afterwards, students take home two 4-packs of handmade sausages.
I was expecting more, the instructor prepared the sausage and what we just did was to do the stuffing. I was expecting we will be able to see how he put the spices with the ground meat.
I had a wonderful experience and I definitely learned a lot.
Well explained instructors made us feel comfortable and provided a lot of information.
Class gave me the knowledge I was looking for, with the ability to start to make my own sausage making at home. It was fun at the same time. Beer was good and so was the polish we ate.
