Learn the lost art of canning, pickling, fermentation, kombucha, bread making using only natural and organic ingredients.
All our products are produced by hand, in small batches. The availability of the raw materials is mainly controlled by Mother Nature, along with the expertise of local farmers. We use organic produce when possible, never any preservatives and very low sugar in all my jams and preserves. Our specialty is teaching you how to can and make these goodies for yourself, your family and your friends.
