Required Students who register for Part 2, must have already completed Part 1, the eLearning portion of HeartCode PALS (sold separately)
Course Format and Exam (Part 2 = 1 hour) After completion of the online portion, students attend a structured instructor-led classroom session that focuses on meaningful skills practice, debriefing, team scenarios, discussions of local protocols, and skills testing.
OPTIONAL BLS Skills Add-On Students attending an ACLS / PALS Class, Update or Skills Session may also have the option to add on a BLS Skills Session for $30 (upon registration).
Course Completion Card eCards, are received within 3-5 business days following the class. Students can expect to receive an email from [email protected],with a link to claim their eCard.
No refunds issued. Citywide CPR does not issue refunds if you cancel or do not attend a course. In these cases, you forfeit your payment. If you reschedule a $20.00 fee applies.
Citywide CPR reserves the right to cancel a class at anytime, due to low enrollment, weather conditions or any uncontrollable circumstance. In those unlikely events, participants will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
