Swimmers will work with the instructor to build their confidence in the water. They will learn fundamental swimming skills such as floating, kicking, arm strokes and breathing that will be building blocks of the main strokes of freestyle and backstroke. Instructors will also help to improve swimming strength and endurance. No experience necessary!
Wednesday Jun 19th, 6:30pm - 7:15pm(4 sessions)
Swimmers will complete a structured workout. They will train to achieve an optimal performance level by improving stroke technique and aerobic endurance. It is recommended to be able to swim at least 1,200 yards in an hour, typically the class paces at a little over 1,800 yards (1 mile) in the hour class.

If you have swimming skills and can swim breaststroke, come try the “sport of the arts.” Class includes instruction in precision and pattern swimming, sculling, and beginning through the advanced figures. Taught by certified Synchronized Swimming instructor. Bring nose plug and swim cap.

If morning time won’t fit your schedule, check out the evening and weekend pool time for adults. Check in with the lifeguard, then hop into the refreshing pool and work out. Swim laps, water walk, or work-out according to your own schedule 3 days a week. You must be able to swim the length of the pool to participate
