What you'll learn in this spring cooking class:
After the heaviness of a long winter, find out how to lighten up your cooking according to dietary principles of Ayurveda, the age-old science of life and longevity associated with yoga. Discover the basics of cooking according to Ayurveda principles and specific techniques for the spring season. This includes cooking techniques, foods, and herbs that follow foundational theories of qualities in Ayurveda. Gain an understanding of why seasonal cooking is healthy for your mind and body. Observe a cooking demo and enjoy food samples together. Hand-outs and recipes are included.
Refund Policy
Classes are non-transferable. Any refund request must be made within 15 business days of the first class of a course. A 5% processing fee will be applied towards refund requests.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
