Learn basic sewing skills needed for fashion, fiber art & textile design projects. Learn how to thread sewing machines, wind bobbins, sew straight seams, corners and curves, pressing and hand stitched closure. Students will learn as they sew a decorative, design & “piece as you go” textile art pillow or Zip Project/make-up Bag.

Students need not bring anything to class except camera or paper for note taking/learning tools.
Rescheduling or transfers to another date or other class are 100% transferable (Refund requests are 90% refundable) when withdrawal requests are made greater than 4 business days prior to class start.
No refunds, credits or make-up sessions available on short-notice cancellations (less than 4 business days notice) students should consider gifting or selling their seat to a friend.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
