If you would like to try yourself in floral design, take our European Bouquet class which is a part of the complete training in floral design session of courses. You will get acquainted with our school, teaching methods and also get familiar with commercial kinds of flowers and greens at the wholesale floral market and learn how to prolong life and arrange cut flowers. You take home all your creations.

After the class, you will get a professional digital portfolio of your creations.

Take this class if you would like to learn:

  • How to select quality flower at the market.
  • How to prolong life of cut flowers without using any chemicals.
  • How to create a luxurious French Garden style bouquet even using ordinary-looking flowers.

Our Classes are limited to 5 students now to keep social distance.

  • European Bouquet (In-person Workshop)

    Enjoyed the class. Was surprised to learn that people who had signed up for the 4 hour class were mingled with students that had signed up for both 2 day and 1 week classes. I enjoyed the mix of “interest levels”. It was interesting talking with people who wanted to do formal arrangements for a living as well as people who had some professional experience in the field. The tour of the wholesale flower market was interesting but a little frustrating as the instructor’s microphone was malfunctioning so sometimes you could not hear what was being said. In addition the class was the weekend after Valentines Day so the flower inventory was low and the flowers not always in the best condition. Just a hiccup but it would have been nice to see the wholesaler with a complete inventory of flowers. The instructor was energetic and we did learn to make a European bouquet. I was disappointed that we did not discuss design and color issues. Nevertheless it was an interesting morning and I would consider taking the longer floral program.

    We love your point about taking “mixed interests” class.
    We are grateful about bringing up the color and design issues. In our short European Bouquet class we introduce our student to floral design by teaching how to select quality flowers, prolong life of cut flowers, and, how to create a hand tight bouquet. We teach design principles and color selections at our Fundamental Course for Selecting and Arranging Flowers.But in the future, as a bonus, we will include in our program a brochure about combining flowers by colors.
    We are so sorry that Tatiana couldn’t talk loud due to the problem with her voice. We will get a powerful voice enforcement device.
    And YES, we would never schedule our field trips after Valentine’s Day.
    We are looking forward to see you again in our classroom.
