Description

What’s that incredible smell coming from the kitchen? Nostalgia. Here, you’ll build your own 6” Milk Bar B’day cake. Learn how to layer vanilla funfetti cake, frosting and crumbs with your favorite childhood flavors and complete the look with our unfrosted, peek-a-boo sides. Then, turn your cake scraps into scrumptious little B’day truffles. But don’t stash them in your locker! Take home all your hard work.

Please Note:
  • This is not a traditional baking class, but a class where you learn how to assemble a cake.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the entire duration of class.
  • Please wear comfortable, casual clothing and flat, comfortable shoes.
Please try to refrain from wearing open-toed shoes or sandals, as you will be baking in an FDA regulated production facility.
  • You will be provided with a hair net and headscarf before entering our kitchen, if your hair is longer than your ears length, you must pull your hair back in with an elastic band.
  • Please inform us if you have any severe food allergies.
  • In our classes, we will be working with ingredients such as gluten, dairy, eggs, soy and nuts.

I would have actually liked to bake the cake (versus just assembling it).

The birthday cake class was wonderful! My 13 year old has planned to open her own bakery for years now and this solidified her dreams all the more. The cake was delicious too!
