Business analysis is a research discipline of identifying business needs and determining solutions to business problems. Solutions often include a systems development component, but may also consist of process improvement, organizational change or strategic planning and policy development.
This class will prepare you to sit for the Business Analysis exam from the Project Management Institute (PMI). This class also will give you the 35 PDU’s necessary to be awarded the certification. If you do not have the necessary work experience to qualify for the credential, this class will prepare you for a position as a Business Analyst.
