Animals in Time is a one-of-a-kind approach to history: it’s history through the eyes of animals! In this 23-week class, children will hop, pounce, flap, and bounce their way through American history with 26 A-Z animal adventure stories, including history, geography, animals, American artists, plants, landmarks, and more.
We will be using the Animals in Time storybook and activity book. If your child would enjoy learning how to paint with watercolor, take a look at the Watercolor—Beasts, Birds, Bugs, and Blooms classes which align well with the animals and plants in this class!
This class is intended for 15 weeks in the Fall semester and 8 weeks in Spring semester, but can be taken for just one semester.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
