BPI Building Analyst Technician Training & Exam

Refunds will be based on the amount paid by the student at the time of withdrawal, not the total cost of the course. Refunds must be requested within 180 days of the original purchase. The decision to grant a refund is based on the schedule set forth below:

Live Classroom and Live Webinar Formats

• A 95% refund will be granted to students who request to cancel at least 31 business days prior to the start of their program.
• A 50% refund will be granted to students who request to cancel greater than 15 business days before the start of their program.
• A refund will not be granted to students who request to cancel within 15 business days of the start of their program.

A refund less a 5% non-refundable registration feemay be granted to students who register for a course that has been canceled.

Students who meet this criteria must submit an official refund request by email to [email protected]. Otherwise, Everblue representatives will arrange for the student to be transferred to a future offering of the course.

Blended Webinars

• A 95% refund will be granted to participants who:
1. Have NOT accessed any portion of the online training.
2. Request to cancel at least 31 business days prior to the start of the live training portion.
• A 50% refund will be granted to participants who:
1. Have NOT accessed any portion of the online training.
2. Request to cancel greater than 15 business days before the start of the live training portion.
• A refund will not be granted to students who cancel their attendance from a course within 15 business days prior to the start of their program.

On-Demand Webinars

• A 95% refund will be granted to participants who:
1. Have NOT accessed any portion of the online training program.
2. Request the refund within 13 days of enrollment.
• Refunds will not be granted under any other circumstances.

By submitting payment, you agree to these Terms. Refunds will be made within 30 business days of a student’s written request.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
