I thought chef vincent did an excellent job in showing how to make basic french macarons using the proper tools, tips and was very knowledgeable. He has great energy and you can tell he has a passion for it. I would defitnitely recommend taking his class of you are a beginner or need help with troubleshooting, like me lol. -

Vincent was amazing! Well prepared and efficient. It was a small intimate class (I didn’t know what to expect when I signed up). I loved that it was a small class! Vincent was able to customize the class to us and all of our questions were answered. It wasn’t intimidating at all. Plus being able to be hands on was great! He was so nice and thorough, and shared his recipes! -
