What you'll learn in this dessert class:
Each plant-based cooking class starts with an overview of the health benefits of vegan & raw food. These classes are presented in a lively and fun Demonstration Format.
Many students have questions about preparing vegan food, so the classes are taught in this style to guide, inform and inspire while affording the time to reveal a minimum of three simple recipes every time. Each cooking class finishes with a tasting of the days creations and a Q&A. All cooking classes are gluten-free and soy-free.
Menu:
- Apple Pie
- Banana Crepes stuffed with fresh jam
- Low Fat Brownies
- Banana Ice Cream Sundae – Low Fat Dr. Ornish Style
Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 2 business days in advance of the class will be honored with a refund less 5% cancellation fee.
In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
