Learn the secrets of making delicious, buttery croissants in this five part workshop with our Artisan Bread guru, Chef JJ Levenstein.
She'll be covering all the necessary techniques for an amazing result: making the dough, learning to fold, cutting, trimming, proofing and much more.
This class will be meeting on Zoom, in five separate sessions. We'll send you an email with the class handout with the recipes, ingredients and equipment, as well as the Zoom meeting link, at least 48 hours ahead of time.
