Jenny Savage is a NASM Certified personal trainer. She studied nutrition from the raw food diet to the zone diet to the needs of the diabetic and athlete. She learned many tricks along the way and seek new knowledge and recognize how we are all human. She loves balance and live my life like a real person with trials and temptations. She constantly improving my own solutions, and passing them on to my clients for the fastest, longlasting results possible. She's currently working with NASM on a weight loss certification and nutrition for fitness program.
