I’ve been searching and searching for cake decorating classes and finally found the best instructor EVER! Yi is an amazing artist and instructor. Her work is absolutely breathtaking. Yi is very patient and kind. She will teach you all her tricks that she knows. I can’t wait to take all of her classes!

Yi is a amazing cake decorator, especially in fondant figures, very detail work and technic. She teach step by step. She also provide food and drinks. Be patient, because you will take a beautiful art work home.
